Our Mini Digger Range

Every mini excavator we hire is a Kubota. The U-10 is the micro option for the tightest access. The U17-3 is the compact all-rounder for residential groundworks. The U27-4 and KX030-4 add reach and digging force for landscaping, utility trenches and larger foundations, and the U48-4 is the one to pick when there is a lot of material to move.

Delivered or Collected

Our own transport brings the machine from South Cerney to your Gloucester site. The delivery charge depends on distance, and we confirm it when you book. You can also collect from the yard on a suitable trailer; if you are towing it yourself, our towing guide sets out the trailer and licence rules.

On Delivery Day

Have the route to the dig clear and somewhere firm for the machine to come off the transport. Locate any underground services before digging starts, and make sure everyone else on site knows the machine is coming.

How long can I hire a mini digger for?

By the day or by the week. A week's hire works out cheaper per day than two or three days, so if the job may run past a couple of days, book the week from the start.

What comes with the machine?

A standard bucket is included. Attachments such as a hydraulic breaker or an auger are hired separately: see our attachments page and tell us what you need when you book.

Can trade customers hire on account?

Yes. If you hire regularly, you can open a credit account rather than paying for each hire as you book it.
